In order for us to receive more in our lives we must practice the virtue which is gratitude. If we don’t appreciate and are thankful for the things we already have the universe doesn’t allow us room for more blessings. Showing appreciation for what others have given you and for what life has brought into your path is a humbling activity. Gratitude helps build self confidence because it is a positive and rewarding activity. Best way to help you practice or begin practicing gratitude is make a list of all the things you are thankful for in your life. Recite this out loud in the mirror !
I practice gratitude by stating out loud for what I am thankful for, once my feet hit the floor. Before I go to bed I also recite my list !
