I hope my workout diary is helping you find the courage to get up and get active. During these days of filming I started feeling super secure when bringing my camera and realized I indeed was becoming stronger.
Day #1 of this video : 1 With the Rope!
The gym was packed that day and I decided to bring out my handy dandy jump rope. With the help of resistance bands by Force, and 10 pound ankle weights provided by Golds Gym I created an intense all around body workout. 1 Minute each and repeat for each set ! It was a killer.
Day 2 of this video : Core Killer
my core is really my problem area and my weakest, so I try to work on it as much as possible. I was really playing with this workout but for sure it felt intense. I think I will be doing a redo of this workout but as perfected as possible. It is always good to try something new and feel accomplished once you try it. I keep the weights light, but made sure form was the focus here.
Day #3 : Short Leg day
When I was hitting each rep I made sure to take it nice and slow. Made so I was focusing on breathing and form on this one. I have been applying more and more weights since this video and have matured in my form for sure.
