I want to apologize deeply for not bringing you an episode last Monday for Mave Motivation but I have been hit with a serious sinus infection and it literally had me in bed with no voice. I was being careless by not covering up in this weather and not wearing proper attire outside but this decision took away from my work and passion and I don't ever want to allow this to happen again! Make sure to protect yo temple !! You only have one body!! Not only is it important to have physical health but mental and spiritual health are just as important.
