CUCUMBER SNACK 🥒 Recipe !

Acting as a water provision the cucumber is actually a fruit! Yes I know I was shocked as well. Cucumbers 🥒 actually contain 95% 💦 water, which is good for people who have a hard time drinking their 75-150 oz. of water on a daily basis. I like applying cucumbers into my snacks because they contain little to no calories and taste so refreshing. 
One of my favorite snacks is actually Stuffed Cucumbers 😌 ! It’s a quick and easy recipe. 

Ingredients; 
  1. Slicing Cucumber 🥒 (it’s the most common cucumber in super markets)
  2. Your favorite Hummus ; I love 💕 Sabra Hummus preferably Red Pepper hummus because of its kick. 
  3. A small spoon 🥄 (I like to use a small teaspoon) 

Recipe; 
  1. Peeling your cucumber 🥒 is optional I like to keep the skin because it gives my snack a crunchy texture.
  2. I slice my cucumbers about half an inch to allow space for hollowing. 
  3. With my spoon 🥄 I hollow out each slice just enough to place the hummus on top of each slice. 
  4. I use the same spoon to apply some hummus on each slice and snack is served. 

This recipe literally takes about 5-10 minutes depending on how fancy you want to get. This can also be a nice Horderve for when you have company over. Just garnish it with a small slice of pepper jack cheese 🧀
