Women's History Month : Ethel Gabriel

Ethan Gabriel is one of the first women to work as an A&R in the world. In 1955, Ethan convinced her boss, Manie Sacks, to sign Perex Prado to RCA's label. She was the fist female record producer,  for a major record label.
