MY BASIC SALMON RECIPE 🐟🍃🍽

Ingredients 📝 :
1.   Pam Non Fat Olive Oil🍃
2.   1 Lemon 🍋
3.   Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon 🐟  from Trader Joe's
4.   Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Salmon Seasoning
5.   Tools : Tongs and a non stick frying pan

Lets Begin :

1. Clean your Salmon and prep it by placing it on a plate scale up. Now keeping the scales on is optional,  it really depends on your preference. I do like the way the scales taste when doing this recipe so I do  keep them on. Grab your Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Salmon Seasoning and place a couple of shakes on your salmon. I like to layer the seasoning throughout the cooking period. I only place season on the side facing up on the plate.

2. While heating up my pan I place my stove top at medium and squeeze half of a lemon 🍋. I don't squeeze the entire half. I do leave some juice for later.

3. As the pan is heating up I do apply Pam Non Fat Olive Oil🍃. It is easy to apply to any pan.

4. Once the pan is ready for the salmon I place the side I had faced up on the plate, faced down on the pan.

5. While that side begins to cook, layer some Magic Salmon Seasoning on that bare side.  The rest of the half lemon we used on the pan, you can squeeze
on top of this side of the salmon

6. As soon as you see the sides become less pink it is working it's magic. It really does take about 10-15 minutes to cook on medium. You don't want to overcook it so be sure to pay attention to the color of the salmon. It is visibly clear the change. After one side is cooked, just use your tong to gently flip over your salmon. A good tip tomato sure your salmon is fully cooked is to gently separate your salmon. Be sure your salmon is fully cooked before eating.
I then placed some fresh spinach in that same pan to pic up the seasoning which give the spinach smokey flavor. it literally takes 1 minute to cook the spinach.

7. I garnished my plate with the other half of the lemon we didn't use. Let me know how this recipe comes out for you. Send me a picture or email me anything you would like to see in the future.
